Mail.

If your order
requires an additional shipping charge, you will be notified prior
to shipment. Some diffusers require additional postage, as
well as bulk items. If your shipping charge is overestimated
by Pay Pal, you will receive a refund after the package has
shipped.
Please
realize that the customer is responsible for the package after it
leaves our shop. Tracking information is provided to the
customer as a courtesy. if you haven't received your package
within a few days of your shipment notice, please contact your
local post office.
We go to
great lengths to wrap each item with care and then wrap each order
so that it will arrive safely at its destination. We will do our
part to assure you receive what you pay for, but we have no
control over the package once it leaves us. We are not
responsible for lost packages or damaged items. Insurance
must be requested when placing the order, and will require an
additional small charge. If you requested insurance on your
package and you have not received it within 7 days of your
shipment notice, please notify us.
International
Shipping: Unfortunately, we are
not able to accept orders for international shipping at this
time. However, if you have an urgent need, please e-mail us
and, if possible, we will do our best to accommodate you in some way.
