FOOT CARE TIPS

Cracks and fissures on the feet are dangerous and should be prevented with proper routine foot care.  Since I'm diabetic, I take particularly good care of my feet and recommend taking the supplement alpha lipoic acid, especially for anyone with neuropathy (tingling or loss of sensation in hands and feet), it's one of the best antioxidants and can help reduce blood sugar and improve nerve damage.

To maintain healthy feet, use a daily routine:

1.  Use Foot Scrub Soap or Doublemint Soap to wash your feet.

2.  Next, use Goat Milk Body Scrub at least once a week, daily is better.  You may want to lightly wash again, then rinse your feet very well with warm water.

3.  Dry feet well and apply Herbal Foot Cream

4.  Wear white cotton socks to bed.

5.  If you have sensitive or delicate feet, always wear socks, never go barefoot.  Bare feet promote irritation and itching.

6.  For daily comfort, apply Herbal Foot Powder before putting on socks.
