The products you sent me this summer for my poor doggies have been
working like a dream. My 11 year old sweet girl looks like a
different dog. I found that the Soothing Skin Spray
really helped them while recovering from their bout with sarcoptic
mange. It did seem to help reduce their itchiness :) Alexa
much prefers getting sprayed to getting a bath so I've been able to
use the Grooming Spray for Oily Coats in between
baths. I figure she would send her thanks if she could.

I am speechless and have actually cried tears of joy the past 2 days after receiving the Pooch Ear Cleaner & the Pooch Ear Remedy on Saturday for our 3 year old black lab, Jenie. I am a "cyberfriend" of Sandee. I inquired of her about some natural flea and tick options. She listed your website on the info. she sent me and she recommended you as she said that she orders things from you.
I was checking out your website and I came across the ear items
mentioned. Jenie was having more problems with her ears than usual so
I ordered the 2 items. She had an appointment with the vet who gave
me an antifungal / antibacterial rx. (by mouth) for her and she said
to watch out for side effects. I asked my internal medicine vet about
it and he said the same thing. I thought then that I would hold off
getting it filled until I received the things from you and could try
them to see if they would help in any way.
Jenie has had chronic ear problems - bacteria, yeast, probably mites,
etc. for > 2 years now. NOTHING that has been tried has completely
cleared her ears up. Her right ear has been the worse and had gotten
to the point of being so thick from scar tissue and so swollen /
painful that you could not hardly get down in it to clean it and she
would shudder when you tried to. Recently her left ear started to be
more of a problem and was headed in the same direction. Last summer
she shook her head due to her ears so hard and so much that she
developed a hematoma the size of a lemon on her ear flap. The vet was
recommending referring her to a specialist for laser surgery to do a
partial ablation of her ear tissue so that the infections could clear
up easier and in hopes of saving her hearing. This summer she was
absolutely miserable - even to the point of not sleeping well at night
due to her ears bothering her. She was to the point of not wanting
anyone (human or doggie friend) to get near her ears! Cleaning them
was a nightmare and it would stress her out SO MUCH!!
Then comes the Flutter Pooch Ear Products..............we used them
for the first time Saturday afternoon. After I started cleaning her
ears she calmed down rather than going further into an anxiety attack
as she usually would and then she LOVED me massaging the Ear Remedy
drops into her inner ears and on her ear flaps. She was so much
calmer after that and the head slinging was non-existent. She slept
VERY well Saturday night. Sunday morning around day break I woke up
and as I walked through the den I thought it was Fozzie (our
bordercollie / lab mix) laying in the recliner in the den because most
of what I could see were the ears over the face - they were normal
looking, floppy doggie ears.....................well it was Jenie.
For the first time in over 2 years her ears were not bulky and stiff -
they were thin and floppy. They have looked like they were heavily
starched before!!!! They look like someone flattened them out - it
was ABSOLUTELY amazing! I pulled back her ears to be even more surprised by what I then saw and felt - the inside of her ears
(external and as much as I could see & feel internally) was not
coarse, swollen, red and painful as usual - IT WAS NORMAL COLOR & AS
SOFT AS A NEWBORN BABY'S SKIN!!!!!!
Since Saturday she has been so comfortable and happy - she feels SO
MUCH BETTER!! Last night she slept well also.
I have highly recommended you to a friend of mine (Linda D.) whose
coon hound has bad ears also and she, like us, has tried everything.
She said that she is going to order some of each from you for her
doggie.

I just wanted to report to you on Monty's sores. As I told you, he had a lot of ugly, pus filled sores along his back and on his legs, we think these happened from thorny field brush while training. I used your Antibiotic Ointment, dosed him 3 times with the Five Flower Remedy, and started the Olive Leaf Extract.
We are so shocked and totally amazed that this morning, just overnight, the sores are 75% better and look like they're almost healed! We've never seen such improvement in all the years we've been treating our hunting dogs, and we would like to thank you for recommending the products that saved us from weeks and weeks of fooling around with antibiotic prescriptions and cortisone creams that as you say, suppress the problem.
We have never used natural products before but are now converted!!
