ESSENTIAL OIL RULES

 

Essential oils must be used in a carrier oil if used on the skin

 

EOs are powerful in small quantities, not to be taken internally

 

Keep your oils in the dark glass bottles they arrive in, stored away from heat and light, away from children and  pets

 

If you are not sure how to use essential oils, please email us, we will be happy to help you

 

Always buy pure essential oils from a reputable seller whose main interest is Aromatherapy.  If an oil has been adulterated (stretched with a synthetic) it will have lost its therapeutic value.

 

Caution is advised if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, or urgent health conditions

 

If you intend to use any essential oils for medicinal purposes, please consult a qualified aromatherapist

 

Never use only one oil continuously, it is much more effective to use a blend

 

Never use directly on cats ... over time it could be fatal
